Published Works
Numerous photographs have been used in the Fifth Edition of the AWWA M6 Manual, which provides guidelines for the Selection, Installation, Testing, and Maintenance of Water Meters.

Major Software Project Began
In the works for months, development began on the reimagined software suite that has become a Division of MARS Company itself. After years of feedback, I worked directly with outside developers to make the dream a reality.
First of Many Trips to China
Working with Contract Manufacturers both domestic and in Asia, this was the first of many trips overseas to train, approve, and release production, among other tasks.
Additional Roles at MARS Company
Assisted the MARS Team as a Senior AMR/AMI/RF Consultant in addition to other roles. Primary function is new water meter AMR/AMI product conception and design including mission critical software and electronic components, providing end-user turnkey solutions, and assisting MARS Company with product improvement and support for existing water meter Automated Meter Reading and related product lines.
New Position at MARS Company
Rejoined MARS Company as the Technology Development Manager. Provides conceptual product design proposals and budget estimates to Board of Directors. Works closely with the CEO to create and track against product roadmaps/strategies for concurrent distinct product categories to meet/exceed goals set by the Board of Directors and assure proper execution. Monitors and contracts developers to ensure deliverables are met. Develops and supports various existing and new products, both as the sole designer and in teams. Provides an open and constant channel of communications with sales from marketing to post-sales support. Creates new installation and maintenance teams and all documentation for newly conceived product lines. Proposes new IT strategies and oversees implementation and day to day management/remediation.

Started at MARS Company
Joined the MARS Team as the AMR Products Manager. Assisted and directed design, manufacture, and installation of Automated Meter Reading hardware and software. Provided pre and post sales support, including coordinating system installations, training, and AMR system maintenance. Interfaced with the National Sales Manager and distributor network to accelerate AMR sales and support. Routinely assisted other departments such as Customer Service to resolve issues both in the office and on location in the field. Served as IT admin and lead engineer on multiple projects including water meter testing equipment and water meter test bench installations.
Started at HP/MarketSource
Joined the HP/MarketSource team as an Account Sales Representative. Trained retail associates and management on competitive benefits of HP solutions. Assisted retail stores on the sales floor with sales of HP-based product. Reviewed sales trending and created additional campaigns in-store with retail store managers. Interfaced directly with HP District Sales Managers to promote current sales seasons. Reported local sales activity and feedback to assist with creation of future sales campaigns.
