Website Terms of Use and Privacy Policy
Website Terms of Use
Effective Date: 27 September 2026
Last Modified: 28 September 2026
These Website Terms of Use, and the Privacy Policy in Part B, apply to the personal websites listed below. The public copies are:
- Website Terms: https://www.chrismastic.com/website-terms/
- Privacy Policy: https://www.chrismastic.com/privacy-policy/
Every site in the table links to those two pages. This document does not cover any other product or website. If you do not agree with it, do not use the sites.
The sites
These are separate personal pages served by one application. They are not a single company, and this document does not create one. The copyright line on each site names the person associated with that site. That person is the one these terms refer to when they speak about the operator of that site.

Haus Wexanslough does not offer a contact form and does not collect messages.
Using a site
You may view the public pages. A site may show a name, photographs, a short description, links to other websites, and a contact form. Haus Wexanslough currently shows a coming-soon page and the legal links in the footer.
The sites do not offer accounts, sign-in, payments, file uploads, or newsletters. Sending a message does not create an account, a subscription, or an ongoing service.
You receive no ownership of a site by visiting it. The only permission these terms give you is to view the public pages and to use a contact form where one is shown, within the limits below.
Contact messages
Where a contact form is shown, you may send your name, email address, an optional phone number, and a message. The application emails that message to the operator of that site so they can read it and reply if they choose. It does not store the message in a database, and it does not publish the message on the site.
You do not choose the recipient. A site with no contact form cannot receive a message this way.
You are responsible for what you send. Do not send material that is unlawful, that you do not have the right to send, or that contains someone else's private information. You keep ownership of your message. Sending it gives the operator permission only to receive it, read it, and reply. It does not give permission to post the message publicly or to use it for anything else.
The form includes a hidden field. If that field is filled in, the message is discarded and is not emailed. A message that looks like spam, or that tries to include harmful code, can also be refused. The same email address and message are not emailed again when they are submitted again within one hour on the same site.
Conduct
Do not misuse a site. In particular, do not:
- use a site to break the law
- break into, probe, or overload the site, or try to get around a limit or security control
- send malware, harmful code, or anything meant to disrupt the site
- use a bot or script in a way that puts an unreasonable load on the site
- pretend to be someone else, or use a form to harass, threaten, or mislead
- send spam, or collect other people's information from a site
- send material that copies someone else's work without the right to do so
- send information about a child
A message that fails these limits can be refused. Access that breaks these terms can be blocked. There is no account to close, because the sites do not have accounts.
Other websites
Some pages link to Instagram, Facebook, or another website. Those links are there so you can find the person elsewhere. They are not an endorsement of the other site, and these sites do not control that site's content, availability, security, or privacy practices. If you follow the link, you leave these sites, and the other site's own terms apply. Chris Mastic, Mike Mastic, and Haus Wexanslough do not show outside links.
Pages and images
The text, photographs, and logos on a site belong to the person named in that site's copyright line, unless the page says otherwise. That material is protected by the intellectual-property laws that apply to it.
You may link to a site's homepage. The link should be a normal link that opens the page itself, and it should not suggest that the site endorses you or is part of another product. You may not copy, republish, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit the pages, photographs, or logos without permission from that person. Nothing in these terms gives you a broader right.
Names and logos on a site are not a license to use them in advertising or on another product. Names such as Instagram and Facebook belong to their own owners. Software used to run the sites may be under its own license. That license, if any, does not give you the right to copy the pages.
Questions about a page can be sent through the contact form at https://www.chrismastic.com/contact. That form reaches Chris Mastic. It is not a shared inbox for the other sites. A question about another site should use that site's own contact form when it has one.
Availability and accuracy
The pages are personal sites. They are provided as they are and as available. They may change, stay unfinished, contain mistakes, or be unavailable. Photographs and colors may look different on your screen. A page is not professional, legal, or other advice, and you should not rely on it as if it were.
A contact message might not be received, read, or answered. Delivery depends on the email service and on the inbox that receives it. Haus Wexanslough is a coming-soon page.
The operator of a site is not required to keep it online when a hosting outage, network failure, or similar event outside that person's control prevents it.
No warranty
To the extent the law allows, the sites are provided without warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Some places do not allow an exclusion of implied warranties. In those places, the exclusion applies only as far as the law allows.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, the operator of a site is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of that site, from reliance on its pages, from a message that is not delivered, or from a third-party site you reach through a link. These sites do not charge a fee. Where the law allows a cap on liability, liability is limited to the fullest extent the law allows.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, where that exclusion is prohibited.
If you are dissatisfied with a site, stop using it. That is the remedy these terms can offer, except for a remedy the law does not allow to be waived.
A claim about your use of a site must be brought within one year after the claim arises, unless the law requires a longer period.
Responsibility for misuse
You are responsible for your own use of a site and for what you send. If you misuse a site, break these terms, or send material that is unlawful or infringes someone else's rights, you agree to cover the resulting claims, losses, and reasonable expenses brought against the operator of that site.
This is limited to your own conduct. It is not a promise to cover problems that come only from the site being unfinished or unavailable.
Privacy
How the sites handle personal information is described in Part B - Privacy Policy.
Changes
This document may be updated by posting the new text at the addresses above and changing the Last Modified date. The posted text is the current text. Continuing to use a site after that date means you accept the update. The sites have no accounts, so they do not email visitors about a change.
Other terms
This document is the entire agreement for your use of these sites. It does not cover any other website or product.
If a court finds that one part cannot be enforced, that part is applied as far as it can be, and the rest still applies.
The sections on pages and images, availability, warranties, liability, responsibility for misuse, and privacy still apply after you stop using a site.
Disputes
This document does not choose a court or a governing-law jurisdiction. If you have a concern, start with the contact form on the site it relates to. When that site has no form, use https://www.chrismastic.com/contact.
Part B - Privacy Policy
This part describes what the sites in The sites do with personal information. It describes the behavior of this application, not features the sites do not have.
Information you choose to send
On a site that shows a contact form, the form asks for:
- your name
- your email address
- a phone number, which you may leave blank
- your message
If you submit the form, the application emails those fields to that site's operator through Brevo. The application does not keep a database copy.
Haus Wexanslough does not offer a contact form and does not collect this information.
Information collected automatically
The server can see the network address of a connection, as any web server can. This application does not write a log line for ordinary page views. It does not build a profile of visitors, and it does not use analytics.
When a contact form is submitted, the application writes one log line. It includes the site, the time, the result, and a hash of the visitor's IP address. The raw address, name, email, phone number, and message are not in that log. The hash uses a salt configured for the deployment.
The host that runs the container, and any reverse proxy in front of it, may keep separate connection logs. Those logs are not produced by this application.
Contact submissions are limited to five attempts in fifteen minutes for one address on one site. The count stays in memory and is cleared when the server restarts.
The same email address and message are not emailed again when they are submitted again within one hour on the same site. The application keeps a short-lived hash of that email address and message in memory for that check. The hash is dropped when the server restarts.
How information is used
A contact message is used to deliver that message to the operator of the site and to let them reply. The Turnstile check, the rate limit, the duplicate hash, and the contact log are used to operate the form, refuse abuse, and troubleshoot a failed send. They are not used to advertise, and they are not used to study how people browse the pages.
Who receives information
- The operator of the site receives the contact email in that site's inbox. Each site that has a form uses its own sender and its own inbox.
- Brevo receives the message and the addresses needed to send it. Brevo describes that handling in its own privacy policy.
- Where a contact form can be sent, the page loads Cloudflare Turnstile. Your browser contacts Cloudflare at
https://challenges.cloudflare.com. The application then sends the Turnstile token and your IP address to Cloudflare to check the submission. Cloudflare describes its own handling in the Cloudflare privacy policy. - The host that runs the site may see connection logs, as described above.
- Information may be disclosed if the law requires it, or when it is needed to respond to abuse or a security problem.
The sites do not sell personal information. They do not share it for advertising. This application does not add contact messages to a marketing list.
Cookies and tracking
This application does not set cookies. It does not use browser local storage or session storage. It does not use analytics, advertising tags, or a cookie banner.
Fonts are included with the site. They are not loaded from a separate font service.
Turnstile may set its own cookie. This application does not read that cookie. This application does not send analytics to Cloudflare. If an operator places a site behind Cloudflare as a network proxy, Cloudflare may also see connection data under Cloudflare's terms. That arrangement is optional. It is not analytics run by these sites.
Some browsers send a Do Not Track signal. These sites do not use analytics or advertising cookies, so they have no tracking preference to turn off. They do not change their behavior based on that signal, because they do not track page views.
Security
The public sites are intended to be reached over an encrypted connection when they are deployed behind their host. Contact logs store a hash of the IP address rather than the address itself, and contact messages are not kept in an application database. Rate limits and the Turnstile check are there to reduce abuse.
No internet transmission or inbox is completely secure. A message you send can still be exposed by the network, the email service, or the inbox that receives it. Do not send information you cannot afford to have handled that way.
What these sites do not collect
The sites do not collect account passwords, payment card numbers, uploaded files, or newsletter subscriptions.
There is no age check on the sites. Do not use a contact form to send information about a child. If that happens, write through https://www.chrismastic.com/contact and name the site that received it, so the email can be deleted from the inbox that received it. This application has no separate database copy to delete.
How long information is kept
The application does not store contact messages after handing them to Brevo. Brevo and the recipient's email account keep the message under their own settings. This document does not set those periods, because this application does not control them.
Rate-limit counts and the duplicate-message hash stay only in memory, and no longer than their window, until the server restarts. Contact log lines remain for as long as the host keeps container logs. This application does not set that period.
Links to other sites
A link to Instagram, Facebook, or another website leaves these sites. This application does not receive what you do there. The other site has its own privacy policy.
Asking about your information
These sites do not publish a separate privacy email address. To ask about a message, use the contact form on the site that received it. For this policy, or for Haus Wexanslough, use https://www.chrismastic.com/contact.
A request is handled from the email the form already produced, because that is the copy these sites have. The operator can delete that email from the inbox. This application cannot delete a copy it does not have. This document does not set a response deadline or name a privacy statute.
Changes to this policy
Updates are posted on the same pages, and the Last Modified date changes.
